Welcome to The Sheet Pan Shop. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your responsibilities and our policies as a custom engraving business.
1. Custom Products
All products sold by The Sheet Pan Shop are custom-made and engraved to order.
Because personalization is unique to each customer, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed:

It immediately enters our production queue.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted for any reason.
2. Personalization & Customer Responsibility
During checkout, you are responsible for:

Entering your text exactly as you want it engraved.

Checking spelling, punctuation, capitalization, dates, and formatting.

Reviewing your personalization details thoroughly before completing your purchase.
We engrave exactly what is submitted.
We do not replace or refund items due to customer-entered errors.
If we engrave something different from what you typed, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
3. Proofs & Approval Window
Mock-Ups are an optional add-on and are not included by default.
If you purchase the Proof Upgrade, we will send a digital layout via email for your review before engraving.
When a Mock-Up is sent:

You must reply within 48 business hours with approval or requested changes.

If we do not receive a reply within that window, your order will move into production as shown.

Delays in approving your Mock-Up may delay your ship date.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship only within the United States.
Once a package is handed to the carrier:

Delivery timeframes and handling are the responsibility of the carrier, not The Sheet Pan Shop.

We cannot control or guarantee carrier performance or delivery speed.
5. Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and include:

A photo of the damaged product
-
A photo of the shipping box
-
A photo of the shipping label
These are required for filing a carrier claim.
Damage to packaging alone does not qualify for replacement.
6. Post-Delivery Use & Care
Once delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for the product.
We do not replace items damaged after delivery due to:

Heat exposure outside intended use
-
Dishwasher cleaning (if not recommended)
-
Scratching, denting, dropping
-
Use of abrasive scrubbers or chemicals
-
Any misuse or handling after receipt
Once it’s in your hands, we are not responsible for any changes or damage to the product.
7. Pricing & Promotions
All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Price adjustments are not offered retroactively on previous orders.
8. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, text, or graphics for engraving, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the material, or
-
You have permission to use it for this purpose.
You agree not to submit copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed material unless you hold the rights.
The Sheet Pan Shop is not responsible for verifying ownership of customer-submitted artwork.
9. Website Content
All content on this website - including photos, product descriptions, text, and designs - is the property of The Sheet Pan Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Decline engraving of inappropriate, abusive, or illegal content

Request alternate artwork if your upload is unusable
If we must cancel due to artwork issues, we will notify you with next steps.
11. Privacy & Data
We do not sell or share your personal information.
Your data is used strictly to:

Process your order

Communicate with you

Facilitate shipping and customer service
