Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be produced and delivered. Because all items from The Sheet Pan Shop are custom-engraved and made one at a time, our processing timelines and quality standards are designed to ensure accuracy and premium craftsmanship.


Processing & Production Time

Proofing

If your order requires a digital proof, it will be sent within 2 - 3 business days of purchase.

Production

Once you approve your proof, your custom pan will be engraved within 2 - 3 business days.

Shipping Prep

Orders are typically shipped the next business day after engraving is completed.

Processing and production times are separate from carrier delivery times.


Shipping Carriers

We ship domestic U.S. orders using:

  • USPS

  • UPS

Carrier selection is based on speed, cost, and reliability for your location.


Shipping Methods

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping (when available)

Expedited shipping applies only to the carrier’s transit time.
It does not accelerate proofing or production time.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.
Tracking updates, delays, or scans are controlled by the carrier.

If a package stalls, is delayed, or shows no movement, customers must contact the carrier directly for the fastest resolution.


Delivered but Not Received

If a package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located:

  • Customers must file a claim with the USPS/UPS and check with their local post office or delivery driver.

  • The Sheet Pan Shop does not replace stolen or misdelivered packages.

  • We will assist by providing tracking details, but carrier delivery errors must be addressed with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • The customer is responsible for the reshipment cost.

  • If the returned item arrives damaged, it cannot be resent or replaced at no charge.
    The customer may place a new order if they would like a replacement.


Quality Control & Packaging

Every product is inspected before shipment to ensure engraving accuracy and product quality.
We use protective packaging appropriate for metal bakeware to minimize carrier-related damage.


Domestic Orders Only

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
No international orders are accepted.


Multiple-Item Orders

If you purchase multiple pans in one order:

  • They will ship together in a single package whenever possible.

  • This does not extend processing or production time.


Holiday Season Advisory

Carrier delays are common during peak holiday periods.

Please consider:

  • Ordering early to guarantee timely delivery

  • Expecting longer USPS/UPS transit times

  • Maintaining normal proof/production timeframes (we do not offer rush engraving)

We do not rush production or compromise quality during the holiday season.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only and after full payment.

You will be contacted to arrange a pickup time once your order is completed.


Signature Confirmation

Orders totaling $500 or more will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
