Refund policy


All items from The Sheet Pan Shop are custom-engraved and made to order. Because each pan is created specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.  

We engrave exactly what you enter in the personalization box.
Please make sure all spelling, punctuation, and formatting are correct before checkout.

If you’d like to approve your layout before engraving begins, please add the Mock-Up Upgrade to your cart. Proofs are not included by default.

We proudly stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If an issue occurs that is the result of shipping damage or a mistake on our end, we will promptly replace the item.


Damage During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To process a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • A clear photo of the damaged product

  • A clear photo of the shipping box

  • A photo of the shipping label

This documentation is required for us to file a claim with the carrier.

Please note:
Packaging damage alone is not considered a defect or replacement-worthy issue. We only replace items when the product itself is damaged.


 

Engraving Errors

We will replace your pan only if the engraving does not match the text you entered in the personalization box at checkout.

Orders placed without the Mock-Up Upgrade will move directly into production.
Orders with the Mock-Up Upgrade require customer approval before engraving; if we do not receive your approval within 48 business hours, your order will move forward as submitted.

We are unable to remake or refund orders for:

  • customer-typed errors

  • misspellings

  • incorrect dates or names

  • formatting choices entered at checkout

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and confirming all personalization details before submitting the order.


Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production queue.
We do not accept cancellations for any reason, including duplicate orders or changes of mind.


Misuse or Post-Delivery Damage

Once your order has been delivered, we are not responsible for any damage or changes that occur through use, cleaning, storage, or handling.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Exposure to abrasive cleaners or metal utensils

  • Dishwasher damage

  • Heat exposure outside the pan’s intended use

  • Dropping, scratching, or denting

  • Color coating wear due to customer use


International Orders

We do not accept international orders at this time.


Shipping Costs

If a replacement is approved due to damage or engraving error on our part, we cover the shipping cost for the replacement.


Summary

  • All sales are final.

  • Replacements are issued only for damage during shipping or engraving errors made by us.

  • Customers must report issues within 7 days with required photos.

  • Customer-entered personalization errors are not eligible for replacement.

  • No cancellations.

  • No international orders.
